A man has died at T in the Park.
The 36-year-old was discovered in a toilet at the festival’s blue campsite on Saturday afternoon.
A police spokesman said officers attended at the scene.
He said: “We can confirm that the body of a 36-year-old man was found on a campsite at T in the Park this afternoon, the death is currently being treated as unexplained.
“As is standard procedure in all such cases, a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
“Next of kin has been notified.”
Colin Rodger, events manager at the festival, said: “We are extremely saddened by this news and our thoughts are with the family at this time.
“We’re doing everything possible to help emergency services with their enquiries.”
Since the show began, 476 people have been seen by the hospital tent – less than this time last year.
Nick Moore of the Scottish Ambulance Service said: “We have seen a steady flow of people at the first aid points and the hospital tent, but there is no significant causes for concern.
“The weather forecast tomorrow is changeable, so we would encourage people to come prepared.”
The force is also investigating a separate incident where a video appears to show a youth being struck with a bottle at the festival campsite.
By Saturday afternoon police had made 25 arrests at the festival, which is said to be in line with past years.
