Perth Sheriff Court heard a youth was left permanently disfigured after an alleged assault by a Fife man at T in the Park.
Ross Porter, 30, of Pentland Terrace, Dunfermline, was one of scores of people who appeared at the court facing charges relating to the event.
Porter appeared in private and made no plea or declaration to the charge of assault to severe injury and permanent disfigurement.
He was remanded in custody.
Liam Allen, 19, of Kinghorne Road, Dundee, admitted breaking a court curfew that he remain within his home between 7pm and 7am by being in Muthill Road, Crieff, at 1am on Monday, following the music festival.
Police Scotland Superintendent Colin Brown said: “There have been 54 arrests, similar to last year’s event, and whilst some of these have been for more serious offences, we have been helped by festival-goers providing information to our officers, resulting in a majority of those crimes being detected or having positive lines of inquiry being followed.”
The Scottish Ambulance Service revealed they had seen 700 people come through the hospital tent this year, down 280 from 2014.
