Police hunt man who stole from pensioner in North Muirton

Police are investigating after an elderly woman was targeted by a thief as she waited at a bus stop.
The woman was on Bute Drive in North Muirton on Friday afternoon when she was targeted.
The thief made off with her money.
A police spokeswoman said: “We can confirm that we attended at Bute Drive, Perth, at 12.30pm after reports of the theft of money from a woman.
“Officers are keen to trace a man, described as 5ft 10in, of very slim build, wearing dark clothing and a dark baseball cap, who was seen in the area at the time. Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101.”
