Kyle McGregor was wearing the version of the fashion label’s top described in their catalogue as being prison grey. McGregor, 18, of Cairns Place, Perth, admitted shouting and swearing and uttering threats of violence at his family home on May 16 this year. Depute fiscal Stuart Richardson told Perth Sheriff Court: “This was at his parental address. “They were extremely concerned about the amount of alcohol he was consuming. “On this Saturday evening he had far too much to drink. “For no apparent reason he emerged from his bedroom into the hallway at 7.45pm and began shouting and bawling at his father.” The court was told that McGregor who had an assault charge dropped by the Crown shouted: “I’ll knock you out and kill you.” His parents could not calm him down. Sheriff Michael Fletcher said that he would defer sentence for reports until August 26.
