ByGraham Gibson
The Black Watch Castle and Museum in Perth allowed youngsters to get up close and personal with their historical artefacts.
The museum hosted a hands-on displays day as part of its Easter activities.
Visitors were able to explore the galleries and get their hands on some real and replica objects.
The event was part of a programme of family activities the museum has hosted over the holidays.
On Thursdya there will be a Creating with Clay event held in the Education Room between 1 and 4pm and there will be another chance for history fans to handle artefacts next Tuesday.
