Kinross Town Hall window work investigated

AFTER complaints about the use of plastic-framed windows in the conversion of Kinross Town Hall, the council has been investigating the matter.

“Perth and Kinross Council is aware of works on Kinross Town Hall that have taken place without the benefit of consent,” a spokesperson said.

“The council is in discussion with the developer on how best to progress the issue to reach a resolution.”

Permission was granted by the council to convert the B-listed building for office and retail use.
