Aberfeldy Town Hall has been opened as a drop-in centre for people from the area who are still without power.
Engineers are still working to return supplies to around 100 homes, which have now been without electricity for more than 24 hours.
Perth and Kinross Council will be providing hot food, water and warmth to affected residents until power is restored.
Following the restoration of power, The Logierait Inn is also open to offer hot refreshments to those in the surrounding area still lacking electricity.
The council says it could be into Saturday before some homes surrounding the inn are reconnected.
Nationally, around 7,900 homes and businesses in mainly rural areas remain without power following Thursday’s storms.
