Mother-of-two fined for bid to sneak cocaine into T in the Park

A betting shop cashier has been left £450 out of pocket after she was caught trying to take cocaine into into T in the Park.
Mother-of-two Rosaleen Conboy, 35, was found to be carrying around £200 worth of the Class A drug.
Conboy, Gask Place, Glasgow, admitted having cocaine at T in the Park at Strathallan Estate in Perthshire on July 12 last year and was fined £450.
Fiscal depute Tina Dickie told Perth Sheriff Court that Conboy was found in possession of more than five grams of cocaine during a search at the festival.
Her solicitor told the court she worked part-time as a cashier for a bookmakers and plans to pursue a career working with autistic children had been jeopardised by her conviction.
