Fine for driver who undertook at Broxden roundabout

A driver who undertook at the Broxden roundabout has been fined £150 at Perth Sheriff Court.
The court heard Cameron Rome, of Kilmarnock, had committed an “error of judgment,” according to his solicitor.
Depute fiscal Jim Eodanable said: “This incident was at the high end of the spectrum. The accused misjudged the situation and came into the outside lane causing a vehicle to brake.”
Rome’s solicitor said his client thought “there was enough room” when he undertook a car .
Rome admitted that on April 18 on the M90 Inverkeithing to Perth motorway, between Craigend interchange and the Broxden roundabout, he drove carelessly.
