Amy Lees, 31, has been accused of taking £1,183.74 while working as a store manager for Cancer Research UK. The charge alleges that Lees embezzled the money in less than three weeks while she was in charge of the Scott Street branch of the charity in Perth. Lees, of Malvina Place, Perth, had the case against her continued without plea at Perth Sheriff Court until December 22. It is alleged that between March 13 and 31, while she was in a position of trust as store manager of Cancer Research UK, she embezzled £1,183.74.
