Toddler taken to hospital after accident near Kinross

A toddler has been taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash near Kinross.
The two-year-old was taken to the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy as a precaution after the accident on the B966 at Gairneybank.
The accident happened at around 9.20am.
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said a woman had to be cut free from one of the vehicles using hydraulic equipment and there were two “walking wounded.”
A police spokesman said the two-year-old child was taken to the Fife hospital as a “precautionary measure”.
The B966 was closed while the accident was dealt with.
