William Rattray was last seen at 7.40pm on Tuesday in Bridge of Earn. Police say Mr Rattray’s disappearance is “out of character” and there is concern for his welfare. “Mr Rattray is described as being five feet six inches tall, of slim build with grey hair,” said a spokeswoman. “When last seen he was wearing black dress trousers, a black waist length waterproof jacket and black gloves.” Anyone with information that might help police trace Mr Rattray should phone 101.
