Perth and Kinross council has promised to tackle the flooding which regularly hits the Scott Street car park in Perth.
“Motorists can’t use the car park without having to go through a huge 15ft by 15ft puddle,” said one local. “This is not a new problem it has been going on for a decade.”
A council spokesman said they were aware of the flooding, adding: “We are looking to find an appropriate resolution once the current roads repairs and maintenance works ongoing around Perth and Kinross is completed.
“We are currently in the early stages of planning works on the car park and will be consulting with local businesses as part of that process before any repairs are undertaken.”
