Despite being told to leave, a drunken woman returned to a pub three times and then shouted homophobic and racial remarks at its bar manager, Perth Sheriff Court has heard.
Depute fiscal Bill Kermode said Lorraine Nielsen, 59, of Strathairlie Avenue, Arbroath, was asked to leave the Foundry bar by its manager, before she unleashed the abuse on him.
He said the accused entered the pub at 7pm and was already drunk. She returned a further three times and on each occasion refused to leave when asked.
A female bar worker heard the accused make the remarks. Mr Kermode said: “The woman was shocked by this language and had never heard this before.”
Nielsen’s solicitor said her client had been diagnosed as having a “personality disorder.”
Nielsen admitted that on July 14 at the Foundry Bar, Murray Street, Perth, she repeatedly swore and uttered racial and homophobic remarks and refused to desist.
Sentencing Nielsen, Sheriff William Wood told her she “couldn’t behave like this.”
