Courier Country readers are being advised to wrap up warm for bonfire night as temperatures look set to plummet.
A spokeswoman for the Met Office said much of the region can expect cloud cover, making the night seem even colder.
However, she said most areas will have a dry evening in which to watch the fireworks.
ANGUS: Chance of some showers in the afternoon but these should dry up leaving a cloudy but dry night. Temperatures of five or six degrees but it will feel more like freezing.

DUNDEE: Cloudy with temperatures of two or three degrees, but feeling colder.
