A man has appeared in court accused of setting fire to his own car and damaging two others.
Kieran O’Conner is alleged to have set fire to a piece of paper within his own car in Perth’s Back Wynd on June 13 last year, which caused damage to his car and two vehicles parked nearby.
The charge states O’Conner culpably and recklessly set fire to the other vehicles.
O’Conner is further accused of acting in a threatening and abusive manner by wilfully setting fire to several litter bins and his own vehicle in Tay Street and Back Wynd, Perth, on the same day.
At Perth Sheriff Court, the case against the 20-year-old, of Abbey Road, Newburgh, was continued without plea.
