A 61-year old man has appeared in court accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a Perth beauty spot.
Andrew Swan denies carrying out the attack at the South Inch, which is popular with joggers and dog walkers.
It is alleged Swan kissed the woman before placing his hand on her breast and down the back of her trousers, all without her consent, on December 16 last year.
Perth Sheriff Court heard the woman suffers from mild learning difficulties.
Swan, of Cross Street, Perth, will stand trial in April.
The court will hold an intermediate diet on March 31.
