A shop manager has been accused of sexually assaulting four teenage girls in his store.
John McGarva, 69, appeared at Perth Sheriff Court on Monday and denied charges of sexual assault.
Sheriff William Wood heard evidence from the victims who claim they were assaulted inside the shop in a Perth and Kinross town.
One victim claimed McGarva grabbed her directly, while a second said he would brush past her and touch her in inappropriate places.
Another victim claimed McGarva would touch her on her lower back and on her thigh, while a fourth said he picked her up from behind and touched her breasts.
McGarva faced charges that between December 2011 and December 2012 he sexually assaulted a teenage girl by touching her inappropriately.
He faced a further charge that between December 2011 and January 2013 he assaulted a second teenager by touching her inappropriately.
McGarva is also accused of assaulting a third girl between March 2012 and March 2013 by touching her inappropriately over her clothing, and that between December 2012 and March 2013 he assaulted a fourth girl by touching her breasts over her clothing.
