Drugs worth more than £10,000 have been seized by police in an operation in Perth.
“Following intelligence-led initiatives under Operation Slate, Police Scotland can confirm that three women aged 37, 30 and 26 have been charged in connection with drugs offences, after Class A drugs with a potential illicit value of over £10,000, were recovered in Leonard Street, Perth, on Tuesday afternoon,” said a police spokesman.
Reports have been submitted to the procurator fiscal in relation to the seizure.
Operation Slate is an ongoing intelligence-led initiative to target drug-related crime across Tayside Division.
