Police were called to an address in Lingay Court after reports of a disturbance late on Saturday night. Neighbours reported that forensics specialists in white boiler suits were at the scene, alongside a large uniformed police presence. A 20-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital by ambulance. Officers remained at the property through the night. A 23-year-old man was arrested and is expected to appear at Perth Sheriff Court today.
