Multi-platinum selling singer-songwriter KT Tunstall is to play a show at Perth Concert Hall in November.
One of only two shows in Scotland, the other being at the O2 Academy in Glasgow, the concert will give fans a chance to hear new material from her fourth studio album, Invisible Empire//Crescent Moon, which is released next month on Virgin Records.
Fans can also get a sneak preview of the new material on Laterwith Jools Holland next week. The former St Andrews singer is also confirmed to perform on US chat show, Jay Leno this summer.
Invisible Empire//Crescent Moon represents both a return to the delicate simplicity of her early work and an evolution of her sound, with its country-folk tinged undercurrents.
Travelling to Tucson, Arizona to record the new album with alt-country leading light Howe Gelb (AKA Giant Sand), KT describes the album as “full of songs from the heart”.
The first single will be Feel It All, released in conjunction with the album on June 10. She plays in Glasgow on November 21 and in Perth the following night.
