Dundee man to stand trial accused of recording images in public changing rooms

A Dundee man is to stand trial accused of filming semi-clad women in changing rooms.

Craig Brown is accused of carrying out the offences between 2005 and 2012 at locations across Courier country.

The 31-year-old is also said to have possessed, taken or permitted to be taken, indecent images of children.

Brown, of Balunie Crescent, Dundee, faces a total of 11 charges.

It is said between April 20 2005 and February 8 last year at Perth leisure pool, in the female changing rooms of the health suite, he took a picture of a naked employee without her knowledge of consent.

At the same location on February 7 2012 he recorded another woman doing a “private act” with the intention of enabling himself or others to look at the images.

It is also alleged at Craigie High School in Dundee, in the female changing rooms he took pictures of three women between April 26 2010 and November 30 2010 and recorded them between December 1 year and February 8 2012.

Kelly is further accused of taking images in the female changing rooms at Menzieshill High School, Dundee, between April 4 2010 and November 30 2010, while between December 1 2010 and February 8 2012 he recorded at the same location.

He is also accused of targeting a woman in the female changing rooms at St John’s RC High School by taking pictures between April 26 2010 and November 11 2010 and filming the same woman between December 1 year and February 8 1012.

A separate offence is alleged to have taken place at the Red Lion Caravan Park in Arbroath, where he allegedly recorded a woman in the female changing rooms between June 1 2011 and February 8 2012.

In all of the alleged offences Brown is accused of committing a breach of the peace.

On February 8 1212 at his home in Balunie Crescent he is further alleged to have been in possession of indecent photos of children.
