Thomas Townsley vanished on Thursday, December 11. The 43-year-old was last seen in the city’s Muirton area at around 4.30pm. A police spokeswoman has now confirmed that Mr Townsley has been found safe and well in Perth. “We would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter,” she said.
