‘Accidental faecal contamination’ closes Perth Leisure Pool

Perth Leisure Pool is closed due to an “accidental faecal contamination.”
The pool closed its doors at 1pm today.
A spokesman for Live Active Leisure said: “Live Active Leisure considers the health of its customers to be of utmost importance and therefore immediately follow well-established national guidelines for responding to such matters. “We regret the inconvenience caused and are grateful for the understanding of all customers during interruption to normal availability.”
He added that the pool should reopen on Wednesday at 10am.
