Body found in Aberdeen nature reserve

Police have launched an investigation after a body was found in a nature reserve.

The discovery was made at Maidencraig nature reserve on the edge of Aberdeen at about 11am on Tuesday.

The death is currently being treated as “unexplained”.

Police Scotland said: “Inquiries are at an early stage to establish the full circumstances.”
