Some fantastic sculptures were created at Kellie Castle, Pittenweem, this week as budding young artists enjoyed a very hands-on workshop.
Secondary school pupils from across Fife had no problem in finding inspiration within the dramatic property which was once home to the famous sculptor Hew Lorimer.
Acclaimed artist Kenny Munro led the workshop, which was held in Lorimer’s former studio.
A spokeswoman for the National Trust for Scotland said the event had proved hugely popular with the youngsters.
“The pupils worked in clay to produce a unique artwork, exploring sculpture as a discipline, taking inspiration from their beautiful surroundings and a range of other sources,” she said.
