The bridge was closed around 12.40am after a van overturned while trying to cross the bridge, despite it only being open to cars at the time. The van was removed but the bridge remained closed until nearly 7.30 when it was re-opened to cars only. The driver of the van has now been charged by Police Scotland. A video of recovery vehicles righting the overturned Luton van has been posted online.
