Police are hunting thieves after an off-licence was robbed twice in less than 24 hours.
The first incident took place at the G101 store on Kilbarchan Road in Johnstone, Renfrewshire, at 11.50am on Sunday.
Two female members of staff were threatened by a man with a weapon who made off with cash and cigarettes.
Then, at 10.20am today, the same store was targeted again by a man who threatened two female staff before leaving with a quantity of cash.
Detective Sergeant Gerry McWatt, of Paisley CID, said: “These robberies have been a terrifying experience for the members of staff working at the off-sales.”
