One person has died after a goods vehicle crashed in the Highlands.
Police were called just after 1pm to the collision on the A835 by Loch Broom, around three miles south of Ullapool.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
Police and the other emergency services are at the scene and the road is expected to remain closed for some time. Diversions have been put in place.
A police spokeswoman said: “The road is expected to be closed for a considerable amount of time and diversions are being set up via the Ledmore junction.
“Motorists are advised that the diversions will add a significant amount of delay to journey times.”
