The six stairwell fires all took place in Portobello, Edinburgh, on Sunday and Monday. No one was seriously injured but the flats had to be evacuated on each occasion, with some residents treated for smoke inhalation. Police Scotland said a 17-year-old boy has been arrested. He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday.
