Two men have appeared in court charged with the murder of a man in a house.
Samual Johnston, 22, died following a disturbance in a house in Parkend Gardens, Saltcoats, North Ayrshire, on Saturday.
Three men were arrested on Sunday and appeared in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on Monday. Fergal Morgan, 21 and Stuart McCulloch, 17, were each charged with murder and made no plea or declaration.
Allan Carey, 18, was charged with assault to injury and permanent disfigurement. He made no plea or declaration.
The three, all from Ardrossan, were remanded in custody and will appear in court again next month.
