Police were called to the Shawlands area in the south of the city on Thursday night. The victim was found seriously injured and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he later died. The incident happened at 9.05pm at Minard Road near to the junction with Waverley Gardens. A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “”Officers are currently pursuing a positive line of inquiry in connection with the death. “Closures are in place at Pollokshaws Road and Titwood Road while inquiries are conducted at the scene.”
