Snow flurries have caused disruption to traffic on the A9 in the Highlands. Police Scotland have warned of treacherous driving conditions at Slochd and Drumochter. The road was closed for a short time at Drumochter in late afternoon after a number of HGVs got into difficulties. There was also a closure of the southbound carriageway, at Tomatin, due to heavy snowfall.
