The Courier is opening up an exciting new competition to all secondary schools in Courier country.
Could you design the newspaper front page of the future?
Could you break an important news story or report on a burning issue in your school community?
Or perhaps you could take the photograph that captures the lead story in one frame?
If you think you could be part of a team that could produce a newspaper front page with impact then this is the competition for you and your school.
The competition is open to S1-S3 pupils and all schools across Dundee, Perth and Perthshire, Fife and Angus are welcome to register their interest to take part.
The closing date for registration is January 28, 2011. After this date, 12 schools, chosen at random across The Courier circulation area, will be invited to enter a team and create their own front page.
The closing date for entries will be February 28, 2011, after which a panel of judges from The Courier will select the winning top three. The school taking first prize will receive £1000, the runner-up £500 and third place £250.
