Scott joins Adam H in final of MasterChef: The Professionals

Two chefs from Courier country are one step away from being crowned the winner of MasterChef: The Professionals.
Adam Handling, former head chef at The Fairmont in St Andrews, made it through to the final earlier this week and Scott Davies, who works as head chef at the Adamson in St Andrews, joined him in Thursday night’s semi-final.
Adam, who is originally from Dundee but now lives in London, trained at the Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire from the age of 16, while Welshman Scott has also has worked at several top Scottish restaurants, as well as spending a year in Melbourne, Australia, and achieved three rosettes as a head chef by the age of 26.
Scott said: “Words can’t describe it. I’m really excited now.
“I’m a bit nervous to see what happens, but I’m really looking forward to it.”
The final week of MasterChef: the Professionals starts on Monday at 8.30pm.
