Coming up in Tuesday’s Courier utter, utter madness

Coming up in Tuesday’s Courier utter, utter madness

If you like stories about wonky double yellow lines (and who the heck doesn’t?) it is quite literally not possible to think of a better place to come for your news than Tuesday’s Courier.

It will come as absolutely no surprise as I inform you that we have a really top-notch, A1, world-beating stonker of a story about wonky double yellow lines.

It is in Fife, and it is bonkers. If lines were certifiable, these ones would be carted away no questions asked.

The council states they eradicate any potential cause for misunderstanding. Others claims they are Banksy-esque. You will be able to judge for yourself when your peruse your copy of The Courier.

In other news, we have all the latest as Bob Servant returns to Broughty Ferry. A cheeseburger disco van was there for the occasion. And so were we. Read all about it (and see the pictures which prove it) in Tuesday’s edition.

Mountain boarding is becoming increasingly popular. If you like the sport or just want to know more about it (basically it’s like snowboarding without the snow so I don’t imagine you’ll have any other questions on that front) you will be intrigued to hear a major event is coming to Perth. Brill.

Clever parents are rotten. A controversial statement. But find out why a top judge insists it may very well be true. It’s a talker, for sure…

In other news find out which famous artist avoided conscription during the First World War not least because he had an aesthetic objection to khaki. Remarkable.

Oh, there was also some election or another and everyone is getting jolly excited about the “breakthrough” by Ukip. We have all the reaction and analysis you could hope for (and possibly more).

In sport, the football season may be over but that won’t stop people thinking about the beautiful game. Far from it. St Johnstone manager Tommy Wright only has two places in his squad to fill this summer, and we can reveal who he wants for one of them.

There’s also news of a former Dundee United star who is on the market.

Meanwhile, Steve Scott looks back on a big week in the world of golf, and we’ve got the latest news from the French Open tennis. Hole in one.

It really is a massive helping of great, great stuff. Please don’t miss out and ensure you snap up your copy of Tuesday’s Courier. Failing that (and it would be a disappointing but not catastrophic failing given what I am about to ask) why not try our digital edition?
