Smokers beware.
In Tuesday’s Courier we have details of a chilling report which will cause anxiety and despair.
Or at least it would were it not for the fact you may well already be despairing and anxious.
Yip, new research shows smokers are far more prone to depression than those who steer clear of the evil weed.
So while you may think a sly puff eradicates anxiety it actually does the opposite.
More on this remarkable “first of its kind” research in Tuesday’s stress-busting Courier (not guaranteed).
But where there is darkness we also bring light, where there is sadness, so too must there be happiness. Yin and yang and all that.
It is therefore our very great pleasure to bring you delightful news of happy people.Happy, rich people.
Being told how ruddy great they are.
News that is sure to make them even more oodles of cash.
Indeed, the Oscars are over for another year.
And a lot of dah-lings have enjoyed yet another orgy of self-congratulation and back-slapping.
Makes one proud, really does.
Back on planet earth we also have more on the Dundee V&A.
There really should be a probe into the rising costs.
No there bally-well shouldn’t.
Debate of that nature makes for at least in my humble opinion jolly interesting Tuesday reading.
If it’s sport your after then your Tuesday cup will runneth over (with liquid sport, as it were) as we bring you A BIG Utd v ICT preview along with news of a new striker for Dundee, cricket fall-out (England spanked Scotland, but not as hard as they might have done) and details of a move up the world-rankings for Andy Murray.
