Jack Sparkes is free to return to action for Exeter as they host Walsall at the weekend in Sky Bet League Two.
The 19-year-old picked up a one-match ban after being dismissed late during the Grecians’ 1-0 FA Cup second-round replay loss to Hartlepool.
Sparkes missed the following victory over Salford but is available again on Saturday.
Full-back Craig Woodman will be missing as he undergoes surgery on a knee injury, requiring at least a six-week recovery period.
Walsall are boosted by the return of Cameron Pring, who came off the bench to feature in their 1-1 draw with Macclesfield at the weekend.
The 21-year-old defender has recovered from a knee problem and could play a more prominent role as he gains fitness.
Callum Cockerill-Mollett has not featured since picking up a leg injury during the Saddlers’ 3-2 Leasing.com Trophy win over Chelsea Under-21s earlier this month.
Manager Darrell Clarke has said that the injury is not as severe as first thought and so the defender could feature at St James Park.
