Following their sixth straight win, Forfar manager Dick Campbell will be looking to “freshen the whole thing up” against visitors Stranraer tonight.
Saturday’s 2-0 win in the Angus derby against Montrose cemented the Loons’ second place in the league just a point ahead of East Stirlingshire but a dozen clear of the rest.
“It was a very professional performance against Montrose,” said Campbell.
“But I’ll be mixing things up against Stranraer.”
“I’m going to change things around and this an opportunity for some of the lads who haven’t played as much to get in there.”
However, some of those changes are out of Campbell’s control.
Mark McCulloch and Jamie Bishop will be missing due to work commitments and Kevin Fotheringham has been ruled out due to a groin injury.
He revealed why he was changing what has been a winning formula.
“With the play-offs I’ve got to be thinking of injuries and suspensions,” he said.
He went on, “I’m looking at us finishing in second.
“It gives us the second game at home, which is good for the fans, the players and the club.”
The club are offering one-off admission prices to tonight’s game: £5 for adults, £3 for senior citizens and free for under-17s.
