John McGlynn says fans were key to Raith Rovers’ victory over Dundee

Raith Rovers boss John McGlynn believes the fans helped the Kirkcaldy club to their victory against Dundee at the weekend.
He has called for more of the same in the Fife derby with Cowdenbeath on Saturday.
With the first division finishing line coming into sight and Rovers virtually neck and neck with Dunfermline at the front of the promotion race, McGlynn believes the backing from the home support will be crucial to their hopes.
He said, “The supporters were excellent on Saturday. I think they were as shocked as we were when Dundee equalised but they stuck with us all the way to the end.
“That’s just what we need at this stage of the season because we’ve all got the same goal.”
Dougie Hill is suspended for two matches and will miss out against Cowden.
Scott McBride picked up a groin strain against Dundee but it won’t be known until the weekend whether he’ll be fit to play.
