Rovers manager John McGlynn is optimistic that all three players who picked up injuries against Stirling Albion at the weekend will be fit to face Dundee on Saturday.
McGlynn said, “Mark Campbell came off early and we originally thought it was a hamstring problem, but his hamstring looks to be fine and the physio thinks it could have been something to do with a nerve in his back.
“We’ll know later in the week if he’s going to be available, but hopefully he will. Allan Walker and Willie Dyer both got dead legs, but I would expect them to okay.”
McGlynn saw encouraging signs at Stirling for the crucial weeks ahead.
He said, “There were a lot of big questions to be answered and the players came up with them. We’d been pulled back a couple of times in previous games, and this time we responded by winning.
“It was a huge three points because it was far from a straightforward game, and if we’d slipped up it would have given Dunfermline and Falkirk a real boost.”
