Hibernian have signed former Dundee United midfielder Scott Allan on a two-year contract.
The Scotland under-21 international joins Hibs following his release by West Brom after failing to make a first-team appearance since his move from Tannadice in January 2012.
The former Rangers target had loan spells with Portsmouth, Milton Keynes Dons and Birmingham.
Hibs head coach Alan Stubbs said: “We’re delighted that we’ve been able to add Scott to our squad he is a top-quality player with immense potential.
“He’s an outstanding young player with a bright future.”
Allan said: “At this point in my career, I want to play football as regularly as possible.”
