The overhaul of Arbroath’s squad in the summer will be a major one, manager Dick Campbell has confirmed.
The veteran boss envisages at least half his team being different to the one that will face Annan in today’s League Two encounter when they get going again next term.
Campbell is already planning his close-season wheeling and dealing.
And his current players can help their cause by finishing the campaign strongly.
“It looks as if we’re safe,” Campbell said. “But there’s still plenty at stake.
“The players need to stay motivated and I’m already planning for next season.
“It will probably be half a team I’ll be looking to bring in.”
Today’s opponents still have promotion to fight for.
“I’ve seen Annan twice,” Campbell said. “They’re a big team with a lot of experience and we’ll need to play well to get anything out of the match.”
Craig Wilson’s season is finished after he damaged his ankle ligaments.
