Premier League debut joy for Hull City star Andy Robertson

Hull City’s Andy Robertson insists he can only get better after being thrilled to make his Premier League debut at the weekend.
The 20-year-old continued his meteoric rise from part-timer with Queen’s Park just over a year ago to playing the whole game as Hull defeated top-flight newcomers QPR 1-0 on Saturday.
The £2.85 million signing from Dundee United, who only recruited the left-back from the Spiders last summer, pitched in with a vital goal-line clearance in the first-half at Loftus Road and believes he can now go from strength to strength with the Tigers.
The Scotland cap said: “It was a brilliant experience and it was fantastic to make my first Premier League start. I was delighted to help the team pick up a positive result.
“I must admit my legs were feeling it a little in the last 10 minutes but my fitness levels will improve.
“I’m confident of improving as a player as well, especially playing alongside the quality that is in our team. All I can say is that I’m looking forward to the season ahead.”
