Forfar Athletic have arranged a closed-doors friendly against Tayport tonight to keep themselves ticking over for this Saturday’s derby clash with Arbroath.
After their league match away to Albion Rovers on Saturday was postponed, the Loons players were able to take part in a two-hour training session on the 3G pitch at Station Park.
Meanwhile, Montrose have confirmed their league game away to East Stirling has been rescheduled to Wednesday December 19, with a 7.45pm kick-off.
The fixture was due to be played at Ochilview last Saturday but fell foul of the weather following an inspection.
Also, supporters travelling to this Saturday’s game against Third Division leaders Rangers have been asked to note that greater traffic restrictions will be in place in streets in the vicinity of Links Park
