East Fife secure signature of former St Johnstone striker Collin Samuel

East Fife have confirmed that striker Collin Samuel has finally put pen to paper on a permanent deal with the club.

The 30-year-old had signed a short-term contract at Bayview at the start of the season but found himself unexpectedly sidelined after visa problems arose.

The administration issue has taken a number of months to sort out but Samuel has now been able to commit to the Fifers until the end of the season.

The former Dundee United, St Johnstone and Arbroath man had been training with another club last month but manager Billy Brown moved quickly to bring him in last week and offer a permanent contract.
