East Fife hope to have Stevie Campbell back for Brechin trip
ByThe Courier Reporter
East Fife are hopeful defender Stevie Campbell will return to fitness in time for Saturday’s trip to Glebe Park to face Brechin City.
The 27-year old-former Rangers, Partick Thistle and Airdrie stopper has been out of action since the 2-0 defeat by Rangers on January 11 with a foot injury.
Player/manager Gary Naysmith reckons he could be back this weekend.
He said: “Stevie was close to making it against Dunfermline but he was not 100%. He looks good for this weekend and we hope that is the case as he is a big player for East Fife.”
