Scotland produced a stunning second half to sweep Belgium aside at Cappielow and book their place at the Uefa European Under-17 Championships in Malta in May.
The young Scots went in at the break a goal down but strikes from Aidan Nesbitt, Cameron Ballantyne and Jake Sheppard ensured progression to the finals.
Dundee United defender Ballantyne was one of two changes to the side that beat Bosnia-Herzegovina on Monday. Ryan Hardie of Rangers also came in with Thomas Lang and Steven Boyd dropping out.
Dundee’s Craig Wighton, who scored the second goal in the win over Bosnia, started again.
Belgium took the lead just before the half-hour mark when Dylan Damraoui fired a Paolino Bertacinni cut-back past Robby McCrorie from close range.
The goal seemed to spark the hosts into life with Nesbitt causing problems on the right wing.
Scotland levelled four minutes into the second half when Kyle Cameron found Nesbitt in the box and the Celtic winger fired a shot past Quintijn Steelant.
Scot Gemmill’s side went ahead eight minutes later when Ballantyne rose highest to power a corner from Michael Kelly into the net.
The celebrations began with 15 minutes left when another Kelly corner was played across the six-yard box by Cameron and substitute Jake Sheppard nodded home with his first touch of the game.
Calvin Miller was denied by Steelant when the keeper just managaed to keep out his lob from 25 yards but the Scots marched on to victory and a place at the eight-team finals.
Bosnia-Herzegovina beat Romania 1-0 in the other game in the qualifying group.
Scotland face Romania at Rugby Park in the final game on Saturday.
