Forfar manager Dick Campbell has admitted he has found a bright spot from Saturday’s 2-1 home defeat from East Fife in the shape of Keith Gibson being involved again as a substitute.
The 32-year-old has been out of action since September 2012 with a knee injury and Campbell was delighted to have him back.
The Loons boss said: “Obviously Saturday’s result was disappointing and there was not much to be pleased about.
“However that should not cloud the work Keith has done to get back into our first team after 18 months out.
“He has pushed himself and played on-loan in the juniors to get playing again, so it was good to have him involved again.”
