Brechin suffer injury blow as Ewan Moyes is ruled out

Brechin defender Ewan Moyes has joined team-mate Garry Kenneth in having the rest of his season written off due to injury.

Moyes has been missing since March 1 with an ankle injury and manager Ray McKinnon reckons that he will not be back to join his side’s fight to avoid relegation issues.

McKinnon said: “Ewan will be over his injury in a couple of weeks but like Garry we will run out of time in terms of getting him ready to play again in games.

“We will soldier on but the amount of injuries we have experienced is really disappointing and they have affected our season.”
